Melt together butter and chocolate over low heat; allow to cool. Beat eggs; add sugar and vanilla to eggs. Incorporate flour, cooled chocolate mixture and nuts; do not overbeat. Bake at 375 degress for 20-25 minutes.
Beat butter until soft. Beat in sugar, then the egg, then the sour cream, vanilla and nutmeg. Mix together the other dry ingredients and fold lightly into the batter. Roll and cut into shapes. Bake at 400 degrees 10 minutes.
Beat together cream cheese and butter until soft. Add sugar gradually. Add walnuts. Fold in flour lightly until smooth; do not overbeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cream butter, sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Sift together remaining dry ingredients and beat in; do not overbeat. Chill until firm, roll and cut. Bake at 425 degrees until brown.
